Rob Hart (born Rob Gobeil in St. Boniface, Manitoba on December 28, 1970) is a western Canadian radio personality. He started his radio career at CFAR 590〔http://www.flinflononline.com/NOR-MAN-Sports-Blog/6880047〕 in Flin Flon, Manitoba in 1988. After pursuing opportunities elsewhere, he came back to Flin Flon to work at CFAR 590 again in 1997, and has worked there ever since. At 102.9 CFAR, Rob is the current program director, sports director, and music director. He also has done play-by-play commentary for the local Junior "A" hockey team, the Flin Flon Bombers since 1997.〔http://bombers.ca/news_item.aspx?news_id=3381&team_id=〕 In this position, he has won three SJHL Media of the Year awards, in 2004-05, 2006–07 and 2008-09.〔http://www.sjhl.ca/page.aspx?page_id=169〕 He has also served on the Bomber Board of Directors twice. In addition to his work at CFAR 590, Rob has also worked at Z99 in Regina, Saskatchewan, Power 99 at Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, and CKDM in Dauphin, Manitoba. He has also been involved in the local Kinsmen Club and Big Brothers and Big Sisters programs. Along with CFAR-590 Rob was the first to broadcast on-line in the SJHL in 1999.
